Our goal in
creating the Classic Horse Stall Series was to offer a product that is
unsurpassed in quality, strength, durability and user friendliness, in a
package that is both aesthetically appealing and functional. The HiQual
Classic Horse Stalls combine state of the art technology with years of
customer feedback to create a product that has no equal.
An Elastromic polymer coating is
applied to all of the interior steel formed walls to ensure quiet
confinement and fully sealed panels to eliminate bacteria and fungus
growth as well as to absorb shock on impact. The steel walls are much more
durable than wood or poly and can be easily cleaned.
Another health risk
associated with conventional stalls is the lack of ventilation that can
cause serious respiratory illness. Classic Stall Fronts have ventilation
grills on both sides of the stall door to maximize airflow through the
bottom of the stall.
Another first in horse stall
design is the recessed locking thumb latch on the center mounted rolling
door. The latch is mounted inside the doorframe making it completely horse
proof and eliminating any sharp edges. The fact that it is self-latching
is a big plus when leading a horse into or out of a stall.
Other features of the door
include concave aluminum rollers with pressed bearings making finger tip
operation a reality. The drop down access grill has also been recessed
into the doorframe eliminating all sharp edges and their associated safety
hazard.
Classic Horse Stalls are
constructed with 2” - 16 gauge square tube frames, 1” round vertical bars
and heavy ribbed reinforced steel sheet panels.
| Fabrication is completed with full butt welds, and smooth flow hot gas welding procedures that promote maximum weld strength while eliminating rough edges and weld splatter. As the final touch, the stalls are acid washed and a high quality powder coat paint is electrostatically applied for an attractive and durable baked on finish. |
